Our story
Based in the New Forest, La Patisserie Macaron was created by Steven Lopez, a qualified chef with over 15 years experience.
Steve has a passion for creating luxury treats, from delicate macarons to exquisite cakes.
Steve a perfectionist has spent alot of time and pleasure in crafting and perfecting his macarons, all prepared using the highest quality ingredients, including Spanish almonds and origin chocolate.
Macarons are luxurious treat perfect for parties, and available in an array of beautiful colours,and exquisite flavours, they can add an elegance to any occasion, or make a superb gift.
All of our macarons and cakes are made to order, so can be tailored to your exact requirements - there's no job too big or too small.
Steve is certified in food hygiene, and our business premises hold a 5 star rating from our local environmental health department.
